Andy Twisdale represented us and closed the sale of our 6 Virginia Rail home on Hilton Head. We recommend him for his professional and friendly manner and his willingness to handle the listing with our being out of town. He handled several issues in a timely manner which required attention for the successful sale. 

We know many real estate agents in Hilton Head, choosing one was very difficult, we chose Richard, and we couldn’t be happier. He helped us in preparation, guided us through the inspections, and was extremely knowledgeable at closing. Richard worked very hard and was always available when we needed him.

We decided to list our home during difficult times with Covid-19. We were very concerned about people coming in and out of our house and Richard established a showing criteria that prospective buyers must meet prior to coming in the home and during their walkthrough which was for the safety of all concerned. With that said we listed the home at a price that Richard felt was right for the area. There was some criticism from other realtors that the price was too high. Richard was firm on his evaluation and pricing for the home. He was obviously right because the home sold in two days at the listing price. From there it was smooth sailing until closing. Richard handled all aspects of the process and was in constant contact with us. If you're looking for an agent, we would highly recommend him.

We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market.  Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does.  She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales.  She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home.  With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney.  This is our fourth real estate purchase or sale in Hilton Head Island, but our first with Christina.  Her level of customer service far exceeds the others.  We’ll never use anyone else; she’s great.

My wife and I made the decision to move across the country from Arizona to Bluffton I the Spring of 2019.  Having a child still in high school made the window for this move quite small.  Diana Sroufe made this transition possible and provided us exactly what we needed.  We flew into town to look at homes on Easter weekend and Diana was awesome!  Not only did she show us what we wanted to see....even though she knew we would not pursue, but gave us insight and ideas as we viewed our first few homes together.  Diana listened and immediately came up with additional homes to view based on our criteria.

Can we look at that one again?  I am sure this routine can be annoying, but Diana was there to show us listings....and even go back more than a few times.

When we were ready, Diana took charge and our offer was submitted and accepted prior to our arrival in town for the second round of viewings.  Diana quickly took action and even had the home inspected while we were in town.  As we left, Diana had a complete list of preferred vendors for all of the things we needed and they were all top-notch.

Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house.  The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing.  She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did!  I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up.  She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK.  She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property.  I have no hesitation in saying you won't be disappointed with her commitment to selling your house.

Ric was wonderful to work with. He called and emailed me right away. Ric also took the time to help no matter what time or day it was! I would recommend him to help others. I can't thank him enough. I consider him a new friend.

Having been displaced by Hurricane Sandy a year ago, I was happy to be rescued by Brad Wilson. We had a wonderful experience with Les Jones! We received a flyer from Les about a condo in our building on Hilton Head Island going up for sale. We really had not thought about selling ours. Out of curiosity, I contacted Les & he told me about the low inventory on the island & the increased demand & increase on price. He was absolutely the nicest man to talk to. Also, he is very laid back & not pushy. We talked about price & after about two weeks he called me back, just to check on us. We thought about it a little longer & we decided it was time to sell our unit. Les had our unit sold within 5 days. He & his office were very professional & thorough.
