We contacted Christina Forbis because we had heard from friends that she was the best on the Island, that turned out to be completely accurate. She responded immediately and was very accessible. We had a wonderful experience with Les Jones! We received a flyer from Les about a condo in our building on Hilton Head Island going up for sale. We really had not thought about selling ours. Out of curiosity, I contacted Les & he told me about the low inventory on the island & the increased demand & increase on price. He was absolutely the nicest man to talk to. Also, he is very laid back & not pushy. We talked about price & after about two weeks he called me back, just to check on us. We thought about it a little longer & we decided it was time to sell our unit. Les had our unit sold within 5 days. He & his office were very professional & thorough. Multiple friends recommended that we contact Christina Forbis to sell our home on Hilton Head Island, and we are so glad that they did. Christina provided us with valuable advice on the pricing of our home, because she knows the market so well. She negotiated to sell our home for more than we expected. She sold the house the first day that it was on the market. She added clauses to the standard contract that benefited us greatly.  This is the first time that we have sold a home (even though we are in our seventies) and she held our hands every step of the way.  She is truly a professional full service broker.  Plus, she is a fine person.  Christina has our highest recommendation.     

Sanders was an absolute 10 out of 10. From the first email Sanders responsiveness was top notch. I think I maybe had one call that wasn’t picked up after the 3rd ring. Ric was very helpful in our (my wife and I) search for our dream home. He was always available if we had questions or concerns. During the hunt for our home, he spent many long afternoons and evenings taking us to all the different communities in the area to give us an idea of what was out there. He is also very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, from the hunt all the way to the closing and even after. He is also very knowledgeable about the area, and has a lot of fun facts and history to share, which we liked.
