We all know the stress involved when selling or buying real estate and Brad has the ability to make all involved feel save and secure with one of the largest financial transactions of their life. His knowledge, and marketing and negotation skills are superior to anyone I have ever experienced in the real estate industry. We were able to sell our house within a very short period of time for almost the full asking price and in this economy that is quite an accomplishment.

Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head.  The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show.  Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better”  “Power-wash the house so it is clean”  Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house!  Our house sold in about 3 weeks!  Man we were surprised!  Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission).  Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built. NOW we are in our DREAM HOME and have Andy to help us sell our other house.  Andy is always available and helpful in anything you ask him!!!  Thanks Andy for a job well done! 

I could not give Christina Forbis a higher recommendation to be your real estate agent  It was a very, very difficult decision to put our family home up for sale.  Thankfully, we listened to a recommendation to talk with Christina.  It very quickly became apparent that she was the person to help us.  Not only did she fully grasp all aspects of the real estate market, but truly empathized with the emotional impact to our family to have to say goodbye to a place we all loved. I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with. Over the years we have sold seven houses, dealt with as many real estate agents, but the experience with Scott was the best ever. Selling a home is always a stressful experience but Scott made it much less of one. Ric: We wanted to thank you and those working with you for the stellar efforts you made in selling our home in near-record time. When we met you on that Sunday afternoon, we hadn't completely made up our mind we were ready to go through such an arduous procedure, but you made the process so effortless, on our part, that it erased all those fears. Selling a home is a very emotional time, but it was listed and sold so fast, those fears were minimized. Our road to closing was a bit bumpy only because we wished to lease our house back until the house we are building is finished, but your diligent work in accomplishing that task is much more than appreciated. Moving once is difficult but moving twice is a near impossible effort, at any stage. We’ve owned a home in Port Royal since 2006 and over that time have met numerous realtors who profess to know the Port Royal market.  Christina Forbis however, is the only one who really does.  She has an excellent knowledge of the area, as well as past, current and upcoming listings and sales.  She gave us a thorough market analysis and discussed things we should consider doing to improve the marketability, and sales price of our home.  With us living out of state, she handled everything to make the sale go through, beginning with advance marketing to professional photographs of our home, verification of HOA assessment payments, arranging for carpet cleaning, coordinating the repair work with our handyman, termite inspection, to recommend of a closing attorney.  This is our fourth real estate purchase or sale in Hilton Head Island, but our first with Christina.  Her level of customer service far exceeds the others.  We’ll never use anyone else; she’s great.

My wife and I made the decision to move across the country from Arizona to Bluffton I the Spring of 2019.  Having a child still in high school made the window for this move quite small.  Diana Sroufe made this transition possible and provided us exactly what we needed.  We flew into town to look at homes on Easter weekend and Diana was awesome!  Not only did she show us what we wanted to see....even though she knew we would not pursue, but gave us insight and ideas as we viewed our first few homes together.  Diana listened and immediately came up with additional homes to view based on our criteria.
